The bungalow and its neighbourhood
The bungalow belongs to a settlement built for golfers in the 80ies. There are 3 golfcourses close by. Have a view to the Royal Golf Course Campoamor by the webcam.

furnishings and facilities
There is a lounge with dining corner, 2 two bedrooms, bathroom with shower and kitchen. It is completely furnished with laundry and household effects, combi-stove for gas and electricity, fridge, washing machine, TV with ASTRA-dish, aircon and ceiling fans. Internet access by Wifi is available on request.

park surroundings
The bungalows are situated in a park, which is maintained by the owners' community. Palms, lemmon trees, aloe und mauves are planted there just to name a few. The patios are covered by bougainvilleas.
In about 250 m there are pool and bar facilities at moderate fees.
shopping facilities
Banks, supermarkts, phone boot, restaurant and bar are outside our settlement. To get there it is just a short walk of 3-4 mnutes.
